In October 2018 we received approval from Ottawa Community Housing to circulate a Request for Expressions of Interest Form. This form is seeking interest from local Arts Organizations for affordable space, shared space or office space within an Arts Hub. More details and the form are available here: Expression of Interest
We are in discussion with Ottawa Community Housing to consider viable options for apartment units to lease in keeping with our vision for a Live Arts Community.
The timeline for Ottawa Community Housing to begin Phase 2 development on Rochester street is approximately 3 years.
The timeline for Trinity Development to demolish our current location on Gladstone is 3 to 4 years.
